Olympic Gold Medal Gymnast Inks with 4U

Scott Johnson, Olympic Gold Medalist, three-time National Champion gymnast and a member of the USA Olympic Hall of Fame inked a representation agreement with 4U Management, LLC this week to increase his awareness and marketability.

Heading into the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, everyone assumed that China would take the men's gymnastic gold medal after they won the 1983 World Championship. That was before they ran into Scott Johnson and the USA men's team, the "Boys of Summer" as they became called, who emerged from nowhere to win the title. This historic win marked the first team medal of any kind since the early 1930's. Scott Johnson was also a member of the 1968 Seoul Olympic Men's Gymnastics team where he served as captain of the USA team.

Following the Seoul Olymoics, Johnson was a finalist as one of the 10 amateur athletes nominated for the prestigious James E. Sullivan Award. This award is known as the OSCAR of sports awards and is presented annually by the United States Amateur Athletic Union to the most outstanding amateur athlete from any sport in the United States. The 2008 recipient of the Sullivan Award was Tim Tebow of the University of Florida.

"4U Management and Tommy Limbaugh affords me the opportunity to reach every professional goal I currently have" commented Scott from his Winter Park, Florida home Wednesday afternoon.

"Scott Johnson is a true champion and we have a history of representing champions" added Tommy Limbaugh, President of 4U Management. "This has all of the markings of a perfect marriage."
